Fries were fresh & delicious. I had a Patty melt on rye. Great bread, super greasy meat, 2 kinds of cheese -maybe mozzarella & American. Service was fine, prices not bad. It's well staffed, very clean & not too noisy given how busy it was. Lots of parking on the west side of the building. Nothing fancy - it's an old school diner, but 70 years in business tells you that the locals like it.

The food is good. No complaints! However, on a very serious note. The waitress came by to take our order and I told her I am allergic to olive oil and black pepper. She looked confused so I repeated myself. She nodded but I noticed she didn't write it down. After taking my party's order, I decided to keep an eye on her. To my shock, I see her walk over the to the kitchen with a bottle of olive oil!!!! At this point I'm worried and decide to stop another waitress and tell her that I want to make sure they are not using the olive oil. She frantically tells me the girl misunderstood and gave them the olive oil to cook my pancakes with!! Luckily, this kind waitress stopped them before things turned into a LITERAL DISASTER! “I have a severe allergy to olive oil" is pretty cut and dry. I am beyond disappointment and in shock with the waitress's inability to understand the word "allergy". I suggest they teach their employees to be cognizant of the word "allergy" and the severity of it. The food was good but I won't be going back. Anyone with food allergies should beware of this place!!!

Amazing food, 1 of my favorite places to eat I think I stop in here more than any other place I go. I want to thank all the staff for providing quality service year after year. This business is fill of return customers because you eat there once and you always want more. 5 star service guys and gals thanks for always cooking me fresh good home cooking.

C&S Coffee Shop is a small hometown restaurant that has the quickest service, and cheapest prices. The menu is everything you need or want for breakfast with no frills to distract from good quality food. With everything made to order and from the freshest produce, bread, and dairy products it is always good to eat. Head on in and get a sunrise special for 7.60. Quick reminder, tips are in cash and there is a 3.5% service fee for credit transactions, pay in all cash and it is cheaper.

Very friendly place and good food. Had the shrimp salad on recommendation from waitress and it was really fresh with plenty of avocado. Love their ranch dressing. Have been going there for many, many years..
